Titan Force - Winner Loser album cover

Titan Force's sophomore album is the last one to the series of grand re-releases of 80s Metal 'gems' from the Greek majestic Sonic Age label. Originally released in 1991, Winner/Loser followed the undoubted musical success of the same-titled debut (1989); it was also the successor of the no-logical-reason-given non-recognition for the band (Germany and sporadic European countries were the few to show enough interest).
Related to Titan Force, this album is marked by the same quality that ran over the Flores brothers; let aside the one-way-or-another royal voice of Harry Tyrant Conklin. A couple of points of difference lay on: a) the music formula, which is a little bit more 'focused' into technical integrity without - whatsoever - lacking passion and Metal purity, and b) the guitar work, with more shard-edged riffing and manifold leads. In way - but not to be mistaken with the term established post-1992 - Winner/Loser is a 'progressive' album in its own words.
For the rest, the same goes on: perfect US 'power' Metal in the vein of the post-Ample Destruction era of Jag Panzer that will tease the hell outta you (in case you do not own some Titan Force vinyl in your selves). A more 'mature' album than the 1989 debut with only 1% less excitement, I wonder why this band did not achieve worldwide recognition (I also wonder how much power do multinational companies had, have and will have). Not to forget, six bonus 'demo' tracks accompany this luxurious re-release.
The case is closed: get it.
