New Dimensions
SavageZ
Metal maniacs, rejoice! I am proud to present to you: SAVAGEZ; unsigned/independent, hailing from Brazilian grounds - performing Technical Death Metal, on their debut album entitled: "New Dimensions" (released January 1st, 2019).
Since formation in 2014, the quintet in question have only this here debut album in their discography so far entitled: "New Dimensions". 9 tracks ranging at around 37:55, SAVAGEZ arrange an intricately designed formula of heavy-hitting Technical Death Metal developments. "Deformed" begins the record; conveying amplified adrenaline, boistrously bouncy chugs & crunchy gallops. Demonstrating flamboyantly barraged frenzies of chaotic firepower, frolicking energy & immersively detailed instrumentation that ultilizes versatile vehemence with their own unique substance of organically progressive technicalities. Delivering expertly crafted hymns of hardened flair, concrete gnarliness & gritty diligence – embellishing on experimental distinctions & distinguished creativity.
Consisting of Ahnysha Krüst on vocals; the frontman distributes high-pitched lungs, pipes of raspy shreiks & deep guttural growls of rawly rough ramifications. "Fear (Intimate Enemy)" establishes grunty finesse; almost influenced from ARCH ENEMY. Double guitar duo Felipe Morgoth & Rogers Rocha fabricate fiercely complex dexterity; blistering with rapidly swift nimbleness, thunderous manifestations & meticulous rhythms that revolves around a fluidly polished pursuit of quintessential quakes which slam with venomously infectious dosages of bass audibility from Rodolfo Mnac (also on vocals). "We Are SavageZ" thumps & stomps with rambunctiously melodious momentum; portraying sonically seamless solidities, profusely robust dynamics & diverse implementations – inventively elements harmonized haste & havoc.
Songs like "Believe Or Die" & "Scape From Reality" showcases ruthless pandemonium; savagely pound with battering drum dominance from Hugo Andrade, injecting hammering pummels that rattle with relentless virtuosity. Subjugating tenaciously jumpy tempos; vicious variety, while transistioned with monstrously meaty weight & riveting yet volatile speed. The titular track supplies potent vibrancy; thrashing with wildly rushing malevolence, stampeding perseverence & persistent riffing with hybrid intensities - a borderline foundation of punchline subtlty. "Throne Of Bones" articulates in adroitly quirky snappiness; attributing a blasphemous blend of characteristics, rip-roaring shreds & killer lacerations that tear with a frantically ferocious knack of dynasty hooks & catchy executions.
The penultimate song: "The Revealing Light Of Despair" excels in dimensional landscapes of linear yet primitively malicious metamorphosis; using mesmerizing soundscapes in conjuntion with the extreme aesthetic makes this a remarkably splendid listen. Overall concluding "New Dimensions" with the finale tune: "Black Visions"; I enjoyed an explosively entertaining anomaly of crucially captivating Technical Death Metal biligerence, blackened hostility & mammoth remedies – SAVAGEZ certainly outdone themselves here & is definitely worth the listen - check it out!
