Beyond - Fatal Power Of Death album cover

Nothing is better than setting up a brutal mood of death metal intensity, now every brain cell in my head is headbanging under the riffs of the album "Fatal Power of Death" for the German band BEYOND. So if you're tired of the mediocre Death Metal releases that have been released this year and you want something different, solid, professional and memorable, then I recommend every extreme Metal fan with the decayed tunes of this record. As the German extreme Metal scene is producing the best surprises this year, the band BEYOND was my favorite, so get your copy now and blow your years.

The cascade of apocalyptic riffs and the blasphemous guitar tune are covering the waves of sound of the guitars in this record, reminding every single listener of the bands INCANTATION, IMMOLATION and AUTOPSY. The thrash patterns and blended influences of the album will also remind you of the band MORBID ANGEL, and this summation of influences will shear the blocks of your mind and burst the drum of your ears while listening to every track of this record. "Fatal Power of Death" contains of eight tracks that run for about 50 minutes, some tracks runs for more than seven minutes (such as the tracks "Consuming Black Void" and "Definite Decease"). The artwork of the album reminds me of the album "Altars Of Madness", which reflects a grey-dusty colors and old school Death / Thrash influences through the sight. The rapid chord progressions and the thrashy licks will not attract the death metal fans only (especially the old school Metal fans), but it will also attract the fans of the old school Thrash Metal, making the album recommended and highlighted as one of the best Death Metal releases of the year.

If you're sick of the modern Death Metal music that tends to insert a lot of modern musical influences inside its fabric, then it's time for you to bend toward BEYOND's "Fatal Power of Death" like a thirsty branch of an old oak tree, because the waves of aggressive riffing and the thrashy drum-beats will not leave a single empty space in your thoughts, letting you enjoying every single distorted-dusty riff. The performance of the band is super, hearing some tracks like "Appearance from Beyond" and "Expressions of Invincibility" may set the blocks of your mind perfectly to act as a suitable introduction for the complexity of this album. I expect this record to be very memorable in the extreme Metal scene and I am sure that the fans will consider this as the best album for this band so far, and one of the best Death Metal albums of 2013. I will be waiting for more super releases for this band and I am already considering myself as a loyal fan since I heard the first track.

This album is not easy to swallow, because it will hurt and split your throat on its way to your rotten conscience, making itself memorable as hell. Your ears will be very thankful for the members of this German act, so get your copy now from Iron Bonehead Productions and start enjoying the ancient forgotten taste of Death / Thrash Metal.
