"Blood. Pain. Respect. 3 words that have become synonymous with MERAUDER just as their dedication has become synonymous to the worldwide hardcore scene since their inception in 1990.

One of the most renowned bands from the NYHC scene, Merauder have influenced an entire generation of bands including giants such as Hatebreed and Heaven Shall Burn right through to countless up and comers that continue to cite the band's music as hallowed hardcore gospel.

Despite the notoriety they gained when their vocalist Jorge previously toured with hardcore veterans Biohazard in the early 90s, Merauder became a household name with the release of the highly successful Master Killer in 1994, as well as Five Deadly Venoms in 1999 and Bluetality in 2003 all on Century Media Records.

After a lengthy hiatus, the band surprised the world once again with God Is I on Regain Records in 2009 which captured and grabbed the hardcore/metalcore scenes by the balls.

For the first time in history, the New York legends will be touring Australia & New Zealand this November to give fans downunder an extremely long awaited taste of their original brand of crushing metallic hardcore.

Supporting Merauder on their New Zealand dates are none other than Auckland City hardcore powerhouse THE BURIAL who are re-uniting for these two exclusive dates which will mark their first appearance since their final show in December of 2011."
