The official Dio fan facebook page posted the following bulletin:

"At the Public Memorial Service on Sunday at Forest Lawn, there will be a limited amount of Ronnie James Dio "Stand Up And Shout" T-Shirts available for a minimum donation of $25.00 each. All proceeds from the shirts will go to the 'Ronnie James Dio Stand Up And Shout Cancer Fund'. Please note that we can only accept cash and checks."
