Masters of blackened death metal, BEHEMOTH, have issued the following update:

"One of the biggest Polish portals recently issued a poll, where you can choose the best Polish Artist Of 2010. You can vote for Behemoth too! All you need to do is to go to this page.

According to Gunshyassassin.com, Behemoth frontman Adam "Nergal" Darski has undergone what I'm hoping will be a life-saving bone marrow transplant. The 33-year-old metaller is said to be doing well after the procedure.

For those who've been living under a rock the last year, Nergal was diagnosed with leukemia some months ago, and recently revealed that a genetic donor match had been found and that he would soon be getting that much-needed transplant.

According to reports, Nergal will spend the next four weeks in an isolation room at the hematology division of Uniwersyteckie Centrum Kliniczne (UCK) in Gdansk to avoid any infection while his immune system is compromised.

Behemoth's latest release, the DVD Evangelia Heretika has entered the Billboard Charts for first week sales coming in at #15 on the Top Music Video Chart. Evangelia Heretika also hit the charts in Canada, coming in at the #12 spot on the Top Music Video Chart. Evangelia Heretika has already gone platinum in their home country of Poland.
