ANIHILATED's new album "Scorched Earth Policy" will be out in 21 May 2010 via the German label Killer Metal Records. There may also be a limited edition vinyl release later on in the year. Release dates for South America, USA and Asia are to be announced soon and will be through the Brazilian label Marquee Records that had released the Black Box Set in 2008 containing among others the two full lengths.
