Portland stoner rock kingpins Red Fang are readying their next offering 'Whales and Leeches' for an October 15th release. They've already released singles "Blood Like Cream" (via SPIN) and "No Hope" (via Revolver and Guitar World), but there's more to be excited about...

Yesterday saw the launch of the Red Fang Guitar Solo Contest. Brought to you by Relapse Records, MetalSucks, Soundcloud, and Indiemerchstore, fans have the chance to demonstrate their guitar chops on the song "Blood Like Cream" and win big prizes, including a custom guitar pedal from guitarist Dave Sullivan, deluxe merch packs, tickets to see the band on tour, and much more.
