Damned Creed - Enslaved Thoughts album cover

The band's debut EP "Dystopia" was a year late for its appointment with Metal Temple, and exactly the same thing happened with the band's debut album "Enslaved Thoughts" which was released in 2009, but the copy arrived a while ago when the band decided to re-issue it since it was sold out.

This is one of the really pleasant occasions when a band manages to shut my fucking mouth with hard work and damn fine music! If you have read my review on "Dystopia" you will remember that I wasn't that excited, but this debut full-length release is a totally different thing. DAMNED CREED unfold their Thrash/Death attack with razor sharp riffing and relentless drumming that reminds us of bands like DEW-SCENTED and LEGION OF THE DAMNED (bands DAMNED CREED had the privilege of sharing the stage with). If you are looking for soft or melodic parts, then you are definitely looking at the wrong place.

All in all, Enslaved Thoughts" is a really good and promising Thrash/Death release that shows what this band has to give. We hope for even better stuff in the future!
