Definitely not my cup of tea. No Second Chance prove once again that there is a strong Metalcore / Hardcore following here in Greece. I'm a bit suspicious why not one single Greek label (or foreign) has given any interest to such acts since most people know that this certain genre is quite popular nowadays.
No Second Chance formed in 1999 and have released a Demo in 2000. Opposition Expressed is their second Demo and let's also mention that the band has already performed live numerous times with other bands of the local scene. First of all I praise them for putting a lot of time into the artwork and the package in overall. Lots of bands neglect this part; sadly they forget that times have changed and now it's not only the music that matters.
Musically speaking, I'm sorry to say that all these Metalcore bands sound the same to me. I never was a fan of Hardcore and this Metal version of Hardcore doesn't shake my tree either. I can't consider this to be bad but I don't think it has something new to offer to the scene. It simply sounds one of the same. Whatever... just for the end, let me mention that there is a hidden track attached to the last song. Fans of the genre, give them a chance.
