Last Way Left - DEMO
Agabus

Agabus was a prophet, probably one of the seventy disciples of Jesus Christ. He was the one that warned Paul of the bonds and affliction that awaited him at Jerusalem had he persisted in going there. What a wonderful name for a band! They really attracted my attention at first sight...
Agabus is an Italian act. I tried to find information about them but after hours of searching, I didn't manage to find anything. Even their official website doesn't have a biography. After all, I'm lucky enough to have the lineup in the booklet!!!
So, Last Way Left was a work that deserved every single minute I spent searching info about them (although I didn't find a thing). They are a band that made me wet my pants with their energy. I am really amazed with the singer. He sings with passion and that's more than obvious! He screams the shit out of him! Not to mention the rhythm section. Totally kick-ass work. Sometimes groovy, sometimes hard as a rock. Sometimes this band can blow your brains on the wall!
Oh, I forgot to mention that this release is a Demo. Self produced but its sound is great. The only track that doesn't have the sound required for this kind of music (Metalcore/Thrashcore) is the bonus track's sound. It has a more empty production. The cover is also very nice (although it reminds a bit King Crimson's In The Court Of The Crimson King. I would also like to add that Last Way Left(the track) starts as if it was a Rage Against The Machine song (the slow ones...).
I really enjoyed listening to Last Way Left. I am just disappointed because seven tracks weren't enough for me. I want more!!! Really, a good piece of work.
