Wovenwar has officially announced August 1st as the release date for their self-titled debut album in Europe! Fans can stream a new song, "The Mason," as well as pre-order the album now at metalblade.com/wovenwar. Pre-order bundles include options to order a t-shirt with a CD or LP. Digital pre-orders are available, along with the CD and 3 different vinyl versions incl. etching on D-Side!
Wovenwar documented the recording process of their self-titled debut, due out later this summer. Guitarist Nick Hipa shot and edited the series, as well as the singles and teasers streaming at wovenwar.com. Guitar, bass, and drum studio videos can be seen now at youtube.com/WOVENWAR.
Wovenwar have been confirmed as support for the upcoming In Flames European tour for the fall! Before heading out again in October, WOVENWARwill embark on their first ever European tour already in August! Check out the full list of dates below, and at wovenwar.com/tour.
Wovenwar features the talents of Jordan Mancino (drums), Nick Hipa(guitar), Phil Sgrosso (guitar) and Josh Gilbert (bass) of San Diego, California based metal act As I Lay Dying, and Shane Blay (vocals) of Oh, Sleeper. The band's first single, "All Rise," from the band's upcoming self-titled debut is available now on iTunes HERE. Wovenwar's debut self-titled release will be dropping in late summer 2014.
Over the course of this past year, Wovenwar completed work on new material and recorded with producer Bill Stevenson (Descendents, Black Flag). Mixing was handled by Colin Richardson (Slipknot, Machine Head, Trivium).
