Celebrating its sixth year in business, Trondheim Metal Fest have announced October 1[sup]st[/sup] -3[sup]rd[/sup] 2015 as the dates for the upcoming festival, which will once again appear at the Clarion Hotel in Trondheim, Norway.

The first bands to be announced for the festival include Finnish folk metallers Korpiklaani, Irish black metallers Primordial, British thrashers Evile, German thrashers Tankard, Greek black metal legends Rotting Christ, Norwegian metallers Circus Maximus, legendary Swedish rockers Crucified Barbara & German artist Mambo Kurt!

Mainman Eirik Tiller had this to say: "Since almost every Norwegian metal festival takes place in the spring, we´ve decided to "branch out" and move it to October instead of March, which has already given us multiple advantages towards booking, etc. We also have a couple of new surprises in store for our audience, and we can´t wait to tell you all about it, so stay tuned and follow us online as the world of Trondheim Metal Fest will expand in 2015!""

Previous headliners of the festival have included Behemoth, Devin Townsend Project, Gojira, At The Gates, Napalm Death, Electric Wizard and more.
