Morbid Evils- whose entré into the global nihilistic, pulverizing sludge/stoner/doom metal scene was last year's Svart Records-releasedIn Hate With The Burning World, an album Metalsucks.netcalled "a special thing!with seemingly-endless amount of crushing elephants' marching riffs!capital 'E'evil" - are now backa new split 12"record, with the other culprit being Albinö Rhino, a youthfully hairy trio of psychedelic, downtuned monsters from Finland.

Because time is a relative concept, the 12-incher will happen in late October via Svart Records, but the first taste off the platter is at hand now, with Morbid Evils performinga morbidized cover version of Entombed's "Damn Deal Done." Hear it exclusively HERE at Svart Records'Soundcloud.

"We took a step away from our own oeuvre after the recordingof the debut album," says vocalist-guitarist Keijo Niinimaa, "and ended up experimenting with material by bands that have influenced us. The Entombed classic 'Damn Deal Done' already sounded good in our hands, slowed down, but we decided to take a tighter grip of it and plunge deeper into despair and doom. Janitor, of Xysma fame, joined us on vocals, adding a vomit-inducingly pleasurable twist into the whole disgusting mess."

Morbid Evils are currently working on their second full-length album, which is to be expected during the first half of 2017, if the human civilization still exists at that point. Cover, tracklisting, and release date for the band's split 12" withAlbinö Rhino shall be announced shortly.Both recordings will feature Morbid Evils' new lineup:
