Valery Records and V-Promotion are proud to announce the release of the new album by La Menade "DisumanaMente".

La Menade was born in Rome in 2000; it is a project wich features a new mix of metal, dark, electronic and prog sounds, embellished with a poetical lyrical intimate fabric.

The group has previously imposed in 2005 with the publication of the Ep "Conflitti e sogni", released for Load Up Records (over 3,000 copies sold), followed in 2007 by "Male di Luna", proudly self-produced album. The band boasts countless live throughout Italy, two official videos, the winning of the first contest organized by Roma Rock Festival, a special on Rai Uno channel dedicated to them and the participation in two soundtracks. The girls of La Menade , propose themselves to the underground scene with a personal, recognizable and original songwriting, accompanied by a live attitude of great impact.

La Menade recently came back with a renewed line-up and a new album; the founders, Tatiana (vocals and guitar) and Tanya (keyboards), joined Chiara (bass) and Laura (drums). The result is "DisumanaMente", an album full of metal sounds, which maintains a disruptive impact force, offers a variety of influences and references to a musical universe without barriers and definitions.
The band takes people on an emotional journey into the darkness of human consciousness, in which the knowledge of pain of living reveals all its fragility, trying to overcome it.
The soul, not knowing how to choose between salvation and condemnation, is lost and finds itself inexorably crushed by its innate and inevitable ambiguity. A tragic path that winds in three acts: Horror, Rebellion and Abyss, the stages through which evolves the struggle of mankind with his own nature.
The new album "DisumanaMente" has been published on December 15[sup]th[/sup], 2014 by Valery Records, distributed in Italy by Audioglobe and available on Itunes.
