On August 7th, American SciFi power metal band HELION PRIME parted ways with current singer Kayla Dixon for personal and professional differences. We wish her nothing but the best.

While we have been hard at work on recording the second album we haven't forgotten about the missing piece to our puzzle. Looking at our options and deciding what the best course of action may be we've decided to hold open auditions for anyone who may be interested in joining Helion Prime.

Location is not important. All submissions must be a video performance. The open auditions run until November 5th (ignore the video which says "October 31st)

The way to audition is simple:

1 - Download instrumental versions of "Life Finds a Way" and "Remnants of Stars" at the following link:

2 - Record/film yourself performing "Life Finds a Way". Please include all that you can (harmonies, layers, etc). For those who wish write your own lyrics and melodies for "Remnants of Stars". Remnants is optional.

3 - Send video submissions to auditions@helionprimemetal.com and make sure to include your full name and contact information.
