Finnish metallers AMORPHIS have issued the following update:

"Recordings for the tenth AMORPHIS studio album (to be released in 2011) have just begun at Sonic Pump Studios in Helsinki. Visit the Mobile Blog and click on the video link for a bit of studio fun..."

As previously reported, AMORPHIS will perform on the Radio Rock Cruise on M/S Baltic Princess between Helsinki and Tallinn on February 12th - 13th, 2011. Other bands aboard include MOKOMA, RECKLESS LOVE and APULANTA. Tickets are now available from this location.

To round off the 20th Anniversary year, AMORPHIS will play seven shows in major Finnish cities in December. Dates include:
