CYRENIC, the new Heavy Metal band, consists of Israeli and British musicians from the bands SWITCHBLADE / KAINE / ACHILLEA / EXORCISM / JOE LYNN TURNER / JEFF BECK, is releasing a new single, "Deadnight Rider", from the upcoming debut self-titled EP.

About CYRENIC:

CYRENIC is the brainchild of Lior "Steinmetal" Stein and Federico "FedeRock" Taich, both from the Israeli Heavy Metal band SWITCHBLADE. For some time, the two friends have been expressing their wishes to compose music following their true passion for the magical era of New Wave of British Heavy Metal from the early 80's. Therefore, they started writing songs, mainly inspired by the 80's British grandeur. To complete the lineup, the guys turned to highly talented young British bass player, Dan Mailer, from the Heavy Metal band KAINE and to the veteran masterful drummer / producer Garry King (ACHILLEA / ex-EXORCISM / ex-JOE LYNN TURNER / ex-JEFF BECK). Both expressed their interest for this new vision, which was fulfilled with a new self-titled EP, featuring new tracks along with two covers. Collaborated on the cover songs, on Drums, is KAINE's prolific drummer, Chris MacKinnon.
