Thrash metal band Wrath of Persecution releases their debut single "Bringer of Pain" this weekend.

The Wrath of Persecution, which was selected to Jyväskylä Rock Academy, was founded in 2016. The band consists of Jussi Rintala (guitar, vocals), Aleksanteri Skaniakos (guitar, vocals), Jussi-Petteri Salmi (bass) and Johannes Parkkinen (drums).

Bringer of Pain has been recorded in Veturitallit Jyväskylä by Teemu Liekkala (Red Eleven), who has also mixed and mastered the single. In addition to Liekkala, Jyväskylä Rock Academy's youth directors and musicians Esa Linna and Seppo Pohjolainen took part of production. Wrath of Persecution received guidance earlier this year from Douglas Blair of W.A.S.P.

Single was released late September in the major music streaming and download services (Spotify, iTunes, and Google Play Music etc.) The music video is also on Jyväskylä Rock Academy YouTube channel. The video has been directed and photographed by Esa Linna and Eero Vehniäinen. It was edited by Esa Linna.
