Sigorsped – Everlasting Wisdom of the Ancients
July 2, 2025
This wasn’t a bad album by any means, but too many of the songs just sounded similar, and the band didn’t push themselves any further from the FWOBM bands that started things off.

Volcandra – The Way of Ancients
February 27, 2024
The album is a testament to the band's ability to blend hardened metal elements with a touch of melody. Each track is a powerful display of raw energy and aggression, yet beneath the surface lies a subtle layer of melody that adds depth and complexity to the music. From blistering guitar riffs to soaring melodies, the album is an exploration of the intersection between metal and melody, leaving listeners immersed by its raw power and emotional depth.

Ophidian Memory – Carrion Lord
May 8, 2025
Overall, this wasn’t a bad album, but it didn’t do anything to distance itself from other albums in the genre. The band isn’t without talent, but for next time, I would like to hear some more originality from them.

November 10, 2024
This is another fantastic album from these seasoned musical veterans. Perhaps what impresses me most is their ability to always look forward when composing a new album, and this one is no exception. They have the perfect blend of melody, depth in songwriting, and out of this world musicianship.

Tes Re Oth - (Serpents Oath)
July 24, 2022
It is about the approach, and how to perceive things. It has always been intriguing of why people believe in what they put their trust into, on a spiritual manner. To not question but to accept as if it is a fact of life, sometimes blindly, may as well be a cause to think about it in depth. Free will is something that people have in most of the modern world, but when it comes to belief, or faith for that manner, at times there is a sort of ban from questioning and judging differently. Raising the bar for the ultimate thought pattern struggle, there is Serpents Oath. The band's new album "Ascension" tells quite the story of a raging Heaven. Steinmetal had to know more about questioning and the story through the band's vocalist, Tes Re Oth.
