interview
Pekka Ansio Heino - (Brother Firetribe)
May 10, 2008
When
BROTHER FIRETRIBE
released their
False Metal
debut album a couple of years ago, something did 'shake' in the European melodic Hard Rock world. I thought of
BF
as a one-off project (mainly due to guitarist
Emppu Vuorinen
's duties with
NIGHTWISH
) but - surprisingly enough - a brand follow-up has now just been released and, in my opinion,
Heart Full Of Fire
is an even better successor. We caught up with (also
LEVERAGE
's singer – an equally impressive Finnish 'melodic' act)
Pekka Ansio Heino
for a little chat and here's what we did write down.

interview
Janne Stark - (Overdrive)
April 18, 2008
Swedish 80s Metal heroes
OVERDIRVE
's new album caught me by total surprise. Not only did I not expect a new release by this notable 'classic' Metal act, but
Let The Music Do The Talking
proved to be an excellent 'comeback' CD.
Janne Stark
speaks for the reasons Metal fans should pay attention to what
OVERDRIVE
(still) has to say to the Metal world!

interview
Carmine - (Subliminal Fear)
April 1, 2008
Even though melodic Death Metal/Metalcore is a Metal genre I hate for being so common and uninspired, there are a few bands that show that they can really make the difference. The Italian metallers proved that they have the talent to play this kind of music in a more than good way and after my review, I was more than willing for an interview with the band's singer
Carmine
. Let's see what he had to say about his band's debut album.
interview
Necro - (Necro)
March 22, 2008
NECRO
is one of the most weird and experimental artists out there. Even though he is a rapper, I love most of his works, since he has the guts and the talent to really collaborate with well-known Metal artists (not like several bands that think they have perfectly combined Rap with Metal).
NECRO
was kind enough to spend some time for an interview and answer to my questions in a calm, pissed off and honest tone. If you think Hip Hop has nothing to do with Metal, then don't bother spending your time here. The rest of you, check this guy out and come across the sickest form of Hip Hop ever!

February 10, 2008
The debut release of the Danish band

interview
Nobby - (Saint Deamon)
January 30, 2008
When a new band releases its first album, it is obvious that their members are full of excitement and a certainty that there will be noise around their name. Well,
SAINT DEAMON
- with their first release
In Shadows Lost From The Brave
- is a band that (in my opinion) will make some heads turn.
Nobby
, a really talkative person, is giving us some details about the band, their album and the Metal scene in general.

Jason Myers - (Icarus Witch)
January 7, 2008
ICARUS WITCH
: Heavy Metal music done in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, U.S.A. Established in in 2004, next year's
Roses On Whtile Lace
EP was just the teaser; 2005's
Capture The Magic
full-length did hold a strong warning regarding the 'classic' Metal quintet's intentions, and - anno 2007 -
Songs For The Lost
does nothing less than reminding us of how fresh some old-school stuff may sound, when you have inspiration in performing the
80's
way.
Jason Myers
(bass), thanks for your time to do this interview!

Hreidmarr and Valnoir - (Cosa Nostra Club)
December 16, 2007
Strange name, strange sound, strange artwork. But if you give a chance to their music (and you should), it will be difficult to get them out of your head.
COSA NOSTRA CLUB
are here to stay with their second album,
L' Hymne A La Joie
, and ready to make some ears bleed.
Hreidmarr
(vocals) and
Valnoir
(bass) are answering our questions and talk, among other things, about the past, the present and future of the band. As
Hreidmarr
said:
Lets dance quickly before the Apocalypse
.
interview
Kai Hansen - (Gamma Ray)
December 10, 2007
GAMMA RAY recently game to Greece along with the famous 'Hellish Tour' and gave an excellent performance. Unfortunately, the METAL TEMPLE did not succeed in interviewing one of the guys for some unknown reasons. Fortunately the band has an excellent Fan Club (thanks Oliver Theiss) that helped us connect with SPV Records and organize the interview below (thanks Ute Kromrey).

interview
Blake Murphy - (Remain)
November 25, 2007
Canada has been producing great bands from the very beginning of our beloved music genre. In the underground scene you can find some really good bands that are trying (or playing) their best and deserve something more than our attention. One of this bands is REMAIN who have already produced the very good demo CD Died A Hero. Of course Metal Temple seized the opportunity to talk to the guys about their first attempt and more. So, read on and check them out!
interview
Shaun McCoy - (Bobaflex)
November 25, 2007
It is always great to come across a band you didn't even know and you are surprised by its great work and unique sound. The US metallers BOBAFLEX managed to attract my atention instantly with their brand new album Tales From Dirt Town and the band's vocalist/guitarist Shaun McCoy was more than willing to answer a few questions regarding the rough times the band had to go through, as well as his own dirt town...

Smile made me smile. That simple. A rockin' sweet album by DANGER DANGER charismatic frontman Ted Poley. We would not miss the chance to contact Ted, since he's really been too busy lately and we'd like to find out why. And, apart from his 'solo works' info, we'd die for some D2 update! Hello Ted!

interview
Matt Drake - (Evile)
October 8, 2007
EVILE's music in their Enter The Grave debut album is so exciting that I couldn't keep away from contacting the band for some extra info. These UK Thrash maniacs are rather ordered to kill us with some kick-ass songs and - to tell you the truth - I feel it should be Flemming Rasmussen's honour working with you, not vice versa, right Matt? Please, enter the Metal Temple catacombs, we've been expecting you!
