Manifesting - Descension Through The Seven Forbidden Seals album cover

When this writer started to listen to this EP, the clear idea that he had was "Hey, BEHERIT is back, using again that way of recording with the worst quality possible?"

Yes, this is what you'll find in North-American MANIFESTING five tracks that composed the "Descension Through The Seven Forbidden Seals": a harsh and raw music, focusing more in a darkened and morbid music, the greater part of time with slower tempos (but with fast moments here and there). Nothing new at all, but good (even when it lacks some variations).

Their music is very simple and crude, and the production follows this same way, but it's their very essence. But don't worry: the things are nothing unlistenable as my words may show. The artwork is very simple as their music, but it's functional as it is.

5 good tracks are what we heard, but sometimes, they need to put more variations, especially when the songs last more than 3 minutes, as in "Asomatous Hubris", but there are fine pieces as "The Call of Miscreation" and "Archon of the Red Temple".

A good promise, but let's wait and see their future works. Talent they have in plenty, but in the future they must put it out in a better form and use.
