Violence breeds violence, so the quintet EXHALE, from Sweden, comes with their third work, the chaotic "When Worlds Collide".

Yes, it's a brutal and violent spit of Death Metal / Grindcore directly into the eyes, with great vocals (both low grunts and extreme pitches), wonderful guitars (a strong point from Swedish extreme Metal bands), bass and drums doing a heavy and save rhythmic basis, and the result is a strong and solid music, fast and violent 'till you drop.

The sound production makes their music sound more "oiled", somewhat organic and pulsing with energy, brutal and aggressive all the time, but without turning their instrumental in a chaotic and fusing mass with no order. You can hear the instruments clearly.

And be prepared for 14 bullets in your ears, for the album is good from the beginning to the end, having some highlights on the short "Wrath Unleashed" (this drummer must be an octopus!), "Apocalypse" (a great song, with some fine guitar arrangements), "Monuments of the Dead" (wow, what very good drums and guitars here! And the song is not as fast as the others, what makes the bass guitar shows its value), "Glorify the Dumb" (another explosion of brutality, fast and furious, and excellent vocals appears here), "In This Valley", and the long and aggressive (even with a more slower tempo) "Left Inside".
