This is the first Tad Morose album I ever heard and their second album with their current line up. I found out about Tad Morose from a friend of mine who sent me a link to a mp3 of their song Where The Sun Never Shines. That song made a very big impression on me, even in the wee hours of the morning with the volume on low so as to not bother anybody.
I couldn't get it out of my head. So, the next time I had enough money to spare I ordered it. To my surprise Tad Morose, the band I had only heard a single mp3 of before hand, turned out to be my favorite purchase of the group!
Undead is a beast of mythical proportions, vicious riffs, fast solos, and an overall atmosphere of dread, doubt and pain! The music soars, the guitar work has a good amount of distortion and sounds influenced by 1980's American metal. No less than inspirational! The singer has an exceptionally beautiful voice. It is in turns uplifting, frightening and rough. I hope to hear much more from them in the future!

Intro (Nuclear Skies) kicks off this rock opera with the concept of a spirit that wishes to control the world.
Servant Of The Bones is about betrayal and enslavement. The main character of this song is murdered and his spirit forced to do the will of whomever summons him. The song is a conversation between him and a living friend of his, the main character wants friendship and understanding. A fast song with excellent lyrics!
In Another Time Around, the main character is floating around in a void and being spoken to by creatures he cannot see and does not know if they are friend or foe. Poignant and gripping, it has great guitar-work and a memorable chorus.  
In Where The Sun Never Shines a living man has contacted a spirit floating in a void. Both of them want more then their existences have given them.  So, the spirit agrees to grant the living man three wishes, and in return receive help in escaping the void.  The music has headbangability through the roof.
Order of the Seven Poles is rich toned with great guitar-work.
In Undead the main character awakens in his tomb. He is no longer a spirit, he inhabits a once human body. He is in pain and miserable. This song is about realizing that you are trapped, nothing can save you, there is nowhere to turn and nowhere you can go. It's a bouncy, angry song that is mind-blowingly fun to sing along to.
No Tears In The Rain is a love song of sorts. The main character has fallen in love with a mortal woman who is going through difficult times.  He tells her to join him in undeath. The music is dynamic and has a soothing yet eerie quality to it.
Intro / Lord On High is about the a man who is sacrificed but manages to escape the Gods who would bind him.  The best part about this track is that it begins with plenty of disturbing sounds but ends on an uplifting note.
Corporate Masters is a song that deviates from the concept storyline of the other songs. A vicious, melodic rocker that makes you want to be doing something. Excellent action music.
No Wings To Burn is a song about having nothing left to lose. I think this song follows No Tears In The Rain story wise and in this song the main character catches up with his girlfriend and uses magic to convince her to join him. No Wings To Burn is breathless and relaxes your frayed nerves and also strangely uplifting considering the topic of the song.
The album ends with the epic masterpiece, The Dead And His Son! Easily the best song on the album, it leaves us with the main character recalling his dead father.  Though the main character is miserable and his existence may not be what he would have it be, he still misses and loves his father. The guitar-work is especially good here, and the lyrics are excellent. This song knocks you down and screams through your emotions!
