If there's anything that I've started to love about Italy more than their delicious Pizzas, it's their Hardcore music scene. Having checked out the ferocious Italians MY DISTANCE recently, I absorb another Indelirium Records release with an open mind and heart, and what do I get in return? A brilliant crossover between Punk, Hardcore, and Alternative.

X-STATE RIDE is another unique Italian talent. Their self-titled debut brings forth nothing but entertainment, and a gallon of adrenaline, having been injected with many influences and a passion for sheer Hardcore heaviness. All that can be witnessed in the band's music video "1984", and from the album, tracks like "DIY" and "Splatterhouse" speak for themselves.

Another great aspect on this release is the lack of monotony, with every track sounding different, and inspired by a newer approach to sound. Some tracks feature different forms of screams, some more singing, and some... catchier with a very high replay value.

Grab your copies of X-STATE RIDE's debut and you surely won't regret it.
