WECANWALKONWATERTOO attracted my eye due to their cool name. A band of Deathcore directions hailing from Denmark produced a 3 track demo. The three songs included in "We Bree" are typical Deathcore with grinding vocals and blast beats alternating with slow tempo parts. Sometimes their "cleaner" vocals reminded me of SLIPKNOT. "We Bree" didn't get my attention for various reasons. While I love blast beats and killer speeds WECANWALKONWATERTOO are a bit slow for my taste even during those high speed times. Those kinds of vocals are not also my favorite but then again it didn't show any differentiation from the rest of the kind. What I liked in this demo is the dynamic production and the technical performance of the band. But while the band is a good tight entity they need to evolve their sound. I think any kind of grade would be fitting for a whole album and not for three songs.
