WAY OF CHANGES is a band made of five adorable young men that show us that they are not playing games here. Their EP "Honesty" was released on November 2014 and brings us dynamic, heavy melodies and a mix of all the best we have in Metalcore style.

Starting from the outside inside, I must say their cover art is amazing. Beautiful colors and texture, mixed with an awesome art and birds over an old fashion clock. The conception starts from there and when you listen to the songs it all makes perfect sense.

Starting with an instrumental track "Take Off" opens space for their second track, "Mistakes". What calls my attention on this track are the melodic riffs and the vocals of Simon Phildius. This guy definitely has a singing signature. Now, these aren't the typical vocals you can expect from every other generic Metalcore band; his voice is deep and almost dark, which gives their songs a very unique personality. Never heard anything like that before.

On "Counting Seconds", I congratulate both Théo Dikötter & Eliot Colomb for their riffs sequence and breakdowns. They know how to sound heavy and melodic without being a cliché. On the following, starts "Dream Awake" - the best of this EP in my opinion. Nice dynamic from all the instruments and the clean vocals are beautiful on this track.  The last track of this EP is "Cuckoo" and it couldn't close this chapter any better. Clean vocals, screamo vocals and Simon Phildius being himself with his adorable and unique voice.

They did an excellent job on "Honesty". As they are still you men, I expect nothing but an awesome album from them, once they announce the recordings. The world is ready for them, and I hope they spread their wings and promote this beautiful EP.
