One more Lifeforce Records release comes to ruin one more day of my life. As if the Metalcore bullshit that are already out are not enough!

Hailing from Lancaster, PA, THIS OR THE APOCALYPSE (what else could they play with such a name?) are here to make our brains explode with extremely tiring riffing and MESHUGGAH wannabe rhythms. They try to be technical using the same ideas again and again and the only thing they manage is to give me a headache! Not to mention the vocals that remind me the emo style brutality.

I am not going to waste any more time in here mates. If you want it go get it. I already have an awful headache. And in case you think I am joking, I really have a headache after listening to this crap.
