SYNTHETIC EMBRACE is a project made by two instrumentalists. Tomasz Piwecki- guitar player and Waldemar "Valdor" Zadrożny- keyboardist. This project has connected these two musicians who are Looking in the same direction and searching for their Unique sound. The project and album is a combination of heavy guitar sound, and the world of electronic sounds. The album has eight songs, and “Intro” leads off the album…a short instrumental mood-setter. The mood is dark and rumbling with various effects that shoot from the foreground to the background.

“BattleCry” begins with a low and slow riff of heavy guitar and backing keyboards. The vocals might be the big surprise here…Tomasz’s earlier work was instrumental, but the vocals work very well with the music, and his melodic sensibilities come out in the way it is presented. They soar in the chorus, which is followed by an ethereal passage and a fantastic guitar solo. “The Blaze of RA” is marked with a weighted balance between guitars and keyboards, with ominous sounding vocals. It slows to a more deliberate and sinister sound that reminds me of witnessing the coronation of an emperor in ancient Egypt, and the keyboard and guitar solos are again excellent.

The title track is an instrumental that has spacey vibes, which are enhanced by some really eerie keyboard parts. It is hardened at first, but transitions to a more dreamy landscape, where the duo can really dig into their world of ambiance. The groove that ensued will have the listener head banging along. “BLOODLUST” begins with more weighted structures that are overcome with wondrous melodies in the chorus, and I love the harmonized vocals. The keyboard forward moments are also quite touching. “A New CULT” is another instrumental with great balance with some excellent keyboard and guitar work.

“The Journey” is a lengthy song with a more straightforward presentation. Heavy, hard-driving elements outweigh the melodies, which are still strong, but are definitely darker. The short “OUTRO” closes the album, and it seems to leave the listener with more questions than answers, the perfect mysterious ending. The album has ethereal soundscapes and cosmic vibes. The guitars and keyboards are seamlessly intertwined, creating a sonic landscape that is both mesmerizing and immersive. The balance between these two elements is one of the album's greatest strengths, adding depth and dimension to each track. From the celestial melodies of the keyboards to the driving rhythms of the guitars, it's a musical journey that transcends earthly boundaries, inviting listeners to explore the mysteries of the universe through sound,
