Ecliptica (Revisited 15th Anniversary Edition)
Sonata Arctica

For a moment I really believe that they could bring a new blood to this release, and hell I was wrong, this is a pointless album that has no other intention to make money, it's hard for me to say this, because I am the biggest SONATA ARCTICA fan, but I can't deny the fact that this is useless and offensive in so many ways.
The songs instead of keeping the true blood in what they were made, are boring mid tempo all the way through, but why would someone do this to a masterpiece? Easily it's because in that time ECLIPTICA was part of many good releases that came in the early 2000´s, and the fans of that time didn't need catchy (although it was) songs or mainstream projection, they needed metal in many ways, but now this release only wants to catch new fans, of the new era, of the mainstream bullshit.
After all that has been said, as a hard fan of SONATA ARCTICA, hurts me to see a good release taking for granted, trying to put it in a market where it doesn't belong; and that's a shame, because songs like this have been part of my life for many years, and hearing them destroyed in just a moment, it's sad for the fans, the old ones, who have supported them since forever, when the songs where good enough.
