Sebastien - Act Of Creation album cover

Metal maniacs, rejoice! I am proud to present to you: SEBASTIEN; signed via Pride And Joy Music, hailing from Czeck Republican grounds - performing Melodic Power Metal, on their 3rd album entitled: "Act Of Creation" (released February 23rd, 2018).

Since formation in 2008; the quintet in question have 2 albums behind them, as well as a Single in their entire discography so far. I am introduced to their 3rd album entitled: "Act Of Creation". Arranging a solid slab of intricately designed Melodic Power Metal developments; SEBASTIEN deliver a concrete distinction of hard-hitting instrumentation and musicianship, starting with the titular track - the quartet provide a uniquely organic manifestation of diligently implemented elements and a grandiose of distinguishable aesthetics that supply elegantly executed performances in which are admirable commendable, as well as being proficiently savage for good measure.

Consisting of Andy Mons on the Heavy Metal guitar; the man consistently portrays complex dexterity in the next song: "No Destination", with rapidly swift riffs and solos which contrast with exquisite melodies and blisteringly hammering thunder of technically equipped progression. George Rain on vocals/guitars has a diverse variety of vocalization adroitness, as with in the song "Wake Up" he amalgamates it with clean yet high-pitched singing with a hint of raspy roughness for the extra bit of impact and power where in songs like "Amy" he sticks with a more polished substance that is definitely captivating. Petri Kallio on the pulverizing bass showcases a mesmerizing formula of dynamically dominating attributes, especially in "Evermore".

The unprecedented keyboardist components from Paval "Dvorkys" Dvorak showcase electronica juxtapositions, to melodius efficaciousness. "My Empire" demonstrates creative craftsmanship with these characteristics balanced with the battle hardened battering from powerhouse drummer Lucas R., relentlessly pummelling his mettle with bouncy catchiness that has a crunchy effectiveness to it. "Queen From The Stars" distributes more enlightening songwriting contributions that excels with efficient sound production equalities, constructively rampaging an adequately cohesive experience with the rhythmic hooks and wide ranged assault of fulfilling entertainment, "Winner" emphasizes this profusely.

"Heal My Soul" advances with more robust orchestrations that has more energetically established harmonics and a slight anthemic hymn for that atmospheric flair and stability, more abilities with the next song "Promises" continue the punchline foundation of groove ridden expertise that has a remarkable amount of stimulating enjoyment to it. "Die In Me" brings back the epicly fuelled selubriousness with profound inventivity, "Full Moon Child" has a similar delight to it - while "Hero" overall concludes the record, which significantly exceeded my original expectations greatly. Bottom line, SEBASTIEN certainly outdone themselves with this one - "Act Of Creation" is a great record that is definitely worth your money and time.
