The whole album is powerful, as you can guess, with powerful bass and guitars, heartbeat-like drums, and a profound dragon voice but also with somehow different tracks that share the same mood. It offers what we kind expect from a band like this one: power and speed. "The End" is a cool piece, cool but making a good opening, preparing to something more electric. The calm before the storm. "The Worst" is, of course, one or the best songs, between RAMMSTEIN and ARCTURUS, with a profound voice. The dragon voice is powerful but restrained, even during the chorus. The spoken part shows the same strength. This "Worst" is really good.
"Army of The Damned" is a more quiet track, comparing to the album, but a strong track, with more intense voice, faster drums and powerful guitar. "God Bless the Whores" offers a quiet guitar tempo and not-too-powerful drums, and a smooth voice. This can be reminiscent of some RAMMSTEIN songs, which is a good reference. Intense and profound. This is like an hymn, an ode. Great song. "Plunged in Blood" delivers a flood of energy, like blood running through veins, and makes you feel alive. Like a good Ska tempo, but with loud music, and good guitar playing, there's a strong response to the drums. It also features a guitar solo, as good as lightning in the night.
"Satanic Lust" Dynamic opening. This piece goes the same way, but not so fast. Powerful voice and drums, lightning-powered guitar and bass deliver a mighty mood. Especially with angel back vocals. "The Necrophiliac" offers a different rhythm but is a powerful song, to sing along during a concert. Good sound, loud and heavy song. "Shave Your Heads" goes really fast to remind you that this album is made to keep you awake. And it works !!! The chorus goes faster than the whole tune, to make you dance in the pit, your room, the lounge... Everywhere! "Purification Process" which is a two-part song, starting powerfully, and ending in a smooth way, even if the guitar goes crazy sometimes. This song is a good ending song for the album, that can be disturbing, but fits really well with the whole album.
This album offers a strong and powerful core with some parts that sound different but still offering the same mood. It's a nice album to (re)discover, that shows how people from different bands can make good music together, with a unique tone.
