Ransom Call - Creatures On The Loose album cover

RANSOM CALL likes to refer to themselves as some kind of Slovenian answer to MURDERDOLLS / SISTER / WEDNESDAY 13 or SHOTGUN MESSIAH. They have raised from Hell in a stormy nightfall in early 2013, and like an unstoppable demonic plague, their conquering spirit was spread in the desert streets of Kranj hiding under the human form of a five piece shock rocking act, playing in their own way dirty and creepy Heavy Metal mixed with raw Sleaze enhanced by horror Punk elements.

Here is the review for their first recorded demo "Creatures On The Loose" and they are bloody right, it's clearly freakin', filthy, nasty sounding, indeed horrendous and quite terrifying. Maybe they could reconsider the terms of their Satanic pact with his dark unholiness as an alliance in order to rule the world...Seriously?

Ok, i will be honest and direct, I think they are way too unexperienced and they should practice their instruments a little bit more before the next recording session. Maybe they could change their singer and they should hire an external songwriter to help them out. I'm not really familiar with Slovenia and its rock scene but I hopefully know that there are much better bands out there (PANIKK / STONE ORANGE / THRAW / METALSTEEL) as an ambassador for this small but beautiful Adriatic country!
