I take it back! I really take what I said about the band's previous album back! These guys are fucking insane! Alvestam seems to have found his new safe home after leaving SCAR SYMMETRY, the band that had to hire two singers to replace him! Be prepared for The Mirroring Shadow since it is coming your way and I will crush your bones fellows!

The Swedish scene has become a Metal factory that produces hundreds of bands, but how many of them are able to keep the music quality high? I assure you that with MISERATION you have nothing to worry about. Their sophomore full-length release through Lifeforce Records will surely give you a Death Metal overdose...

...and when I say Death Metal, I mean real, brutal Death Metal, not the classic Swedish melodic one. This quintet decided not to follow the easy road to success, since melodic leads, soft breaks and such stuff are not included in their schedule. They left every melodic influence behind, they increased the brutality and here they are kicking ass with a pure Death Metal album that will remind you of bands like INSISION and BLOODBATH. We are talking about five highly talented and skillful musicians who have a respectable past (SCAR SYMMETRY, ANGEL BLAKE), a busy present (INEVITABLE END) and definitely a bright future! Oh God I always said that Alvestam would kick major ass in a pure Death Metal band!
