I am not sure if this is an official DVD, it looks like a bootleg release to me, but the one thing that's for sure is that it is definitely the poorest DVD I have ever seen! But no matter what, a MEGADETH release is always welcome by a Mustaine maniac like me! At least I can get a taste of how the new line up looks on stage, and I am sure it looks damn good!

No need to say who this American act is, since MEGADETH have been delivering the goods for more than 25 years now! With a new line up and a new kickass album, Mustaine and his gang are back on the road showing how pure steel sounds like. One of their resting areas last year was his home actually, San Diego. This DVD was professionally filmed and has a small feature (49 seconds!) where the band's members talk about their fans and the band...

The DVD features a very good audio and video quality and without any doubt a passionate and energetic live set by MEGADETH, where they seem to be really enjoying it! Songs like the classic Holy Wars and Tornado Of Souls, as well as newer tracks like the incredible Kick The Chair seem like a real treat for their fans. Sadly, their set doesn't include any songs from their new album Endgame, but it has actually been a year since then and it probably was too early to be presenting new songs...

One thing I realized is that Mustaine has finally found the perfect team to make his dreams come to life, since except for the incredible record he released with them, the band looks tight and stronger than ever! Broderick, a guitar god for many heavy metallers has become Mustaine's other half and they seem to be doing a hell of a good job together! Lomenzo is supporting the whole band with his bass and Drover just takes the whole thing to another lever with his passionate drumming.

The bad thing is that this DVD probably goes to die hard fans of the band, since it only features the band's live set and a really short feature. That means no bonus goodies, no backstage footage, no video clips, no nothing! For fuck's sake it doesn't even have a menu! It just starts...and finishes!
