Sweden once again is able to keep their platinum trophy for the best music exports; the latest one to head out of this famous Scandinavian country is solo artist MARTINA EDOFF and her unique voice holds enough power to blow Poseidon out of the ocean.

Martina hails from the capital city Stockholm where music seems to be born and heard all through its streets no matter where you happen to be.  She found success and fame from finding double platinum selling Glam Metal band THE POODLES. After a few year hiatus she returns as a solo artist and showcasing the Classic Rock roots that she was born to perform. Her latest album "Unity" upholds the claim of her being the new Nordic Queen of Rock.

It's gets off to a dominant start with its title track and "Never Let You Down" which has been on a loop for the past few days; the sound is remarkable, it consists of great melodies made up of brilliant guitar riffs, amazing synth tunes and powerful vocal work. Her voice is a completely unique one, that provides reminders of some the best vocalists around such as WITHIN TEMPTATION's Sharon Den Adel  and BATTLE BEAST's Noora Louhimo.  There are also some hints of fellow Swedish group ECLIPSE.

This album is one of the most uplifting pieces any one will have the pleasure of listening to; particularly when you have had a difficult few days regarding your mental state and thinking there is no light at the end of the tunnel.
