We all in one way or another hold a great deal of love for the giants that made Metal the relentless force that it is today, many bands have come from all around the world hoping to emulate the historic sound of such giants like Iron Maiden, Judas priest, Saxon and Motorhead, many have tried and so many have failed in this quest to achieve the sound and fierce force that they brought to us, but after listening to what I can only describe as a new carving on the all mighty stone of Metal history I can safely say the future for classic hard hitting fast and intense riffs has been secured by the might and force of Kaine.
A gem of an album is what we have here, comprised of some of the smoothest riffs and vocals I have heard in a long time, the sheer fire that each track has gives the listener a treat of a classic and well formed sound as if listening to a combination of some of the heaviest hitters in the game. with the vocal styling of Dan Mailer you can clearly hear a strong Dio, kiske influence, a very keeper of the seven keys era style of singing, mixed with a strong Last In Line outfitted harmony, truly a voice to be praised and will keep getting stronger.
The guitars found in this album resemble that of the twin axe attack of Priest as well as the melody of Maiden, smooth well thought out riffs that keep getting stronger with each chorus, every piece of this album continues to build onto itself with strong intense vocals and beautifully executed riffs this, without a doubt I found myself in a world of creative prowess and conscious control of what was happening.
I truly enjoyed each song and every moment this record gave to me as it has given me a hope and a better appreciation for bands that are indeed working as hard as they can in this hard time, Kaine deserve to be praised for the hard work and effort poured into this record.
