Insect Warfare - World Extermination album cover

World Extermination is a good Grind record. It has the right elements in the right position, including passion, roughness, violence and rage. INSECT WARFARE are coming from Houston of Texas and this album was their debut full-length released in 2007 via 625 Thrash and right after two years Earache decided to re-release it for all those who didn't happen to listen to it before.
Here we have a hell of blasts, and more blasts above, D-beats while the hardcore influences like in the closure of Enslaved By Machinery, the entrance of Manipulator or Human Trafficking will rip your head apart. Classic influences from EXTREME NOISE TERROR, NAPALM DEATH or TERRORIZER, brutal vocals and super speeds create a volcano. Grind is Grind, there is no need for much description. The band surely does not offer something special or new, I can find a lot of records in the same levels or better but with characteristic ease it gives to the listener 20 dynamite songs. And that is what you ask from such records, something that can make you in the hour of listening to dehydrate because all of your sweat is lying on the floor. Also the last track, Evolved Into Obliteration, is great being different from all the others.
I would wish for some riffing to be more carefully written and also the absence of the bass sound makes their sound flat without depth inside but except these World Domination is doing its job very well. Also this year they unleashed a 53-song EP, named Noise Grind Power Death in a running time of less than nine minutes. You can understand the chaos and noise inside.
