HARAKIRI FOR THE SKY a two men band formed in Austria in 2011 playing a genre defined as Black Metal Post Rock, what that actually means I do not know, Black Metal or Black Rock?

I do not care really, because their music is good enough to make me happy, reminds me of BATHORY, that is how good HARAKIRI FOR THE SKY is. M.S. does a great job playing all the instruments with such precision and competency, the guitars sound very raw and modern at the same time, it has lots of tempo variations with tones of melody, and J.J. vocals is incredibly good, deep screams and carrying an amazing amount of hate, sadness and angriness, It definitely has a Scandinavian sounding, very good indeed.
All songs are good, "Homecoming Denied" one of my favourites, very aggressive and mellow at the same time, take the bastards to the "Gallows (Give Them Rope)" excellent work.

HARAKIRI FOR THE SKY have given us a great album, what else can I say? Other then buy it and go see them live!!!
