If you remember the exceptionnal AOR Classic "Roll The Dice" by Roger Scott Craig's 101 SOUTH in 2002, you surely recall the awesome flawless performance by a skilled lead singer named Gregory Lynn Hall. Anyway this short review is about Gregory Lynn Hall (ex RAT SALLY), and his first solo album. The multi-talented singer recorded most of the instruments on the perfectly titled "Heaven On Earth", this is a manifesto of musical positivism. Gregory is holding a strong expertise in all thing about AOR embelished with a few guest lead guitar spots by notorious gunslingers as ex GIUFFRIA / DIO's Craig Goldy, or by famed Jeff Duncan from ARMORED SAINTS / ODIN ("Rockin the Road" on the very 80's "Stars in the Night", "Cryin"), and also his ex 101 SOUTH colleagues Mike Turner ("You got me Runnin"). Also reputed session veteran Billy Liesegang (ex HARLAN CAGE/ LIESEGANG-WHITE / NINA HAGEN) on "Cry no More".

This new album is another proof of the undeniable talent of Mr Hall, his warm voice and his strong melodic potential are his best asset, of course don't expect nothing but high level Melodic Classic Rock/AOR in pure orthodoxy with a supplementary 70's spirit enhancement, an omnipresent Hammond organ and a new bite sharpened with some fat guitars mixed ahead!
