Red, White And Blood
Generation Kill

GENERATION KILL are coming from USA and they are characterized as Thrash / Crossover Metal music. Also, we can find in the lineup Rob Dukes on vocals that is also fronting EXODUS. Some of the other members are past members of MUTILATION among others. "Red, White And Blood" is their debut album, also they have released a self titled single of the album. GENERATION KILL was founded by Rob Dukes and Rob Moschetti (ex-PRO-PAIN) in 2008.
This debut is turned out to be an album full of Metal variations. Riffs of good quality baptized in 80s Thrash Metal, enclosing Hardcore breaks on every track. They will remind you in some tracks the "Reinventing The Steel" period of PANTERA and EARTH CRISIS, and in some others influences from TESTAMENT and METALLICA (early period). Excellent riffs of Thrash can be found on "Hate", "Feast for the Wolves", "Walking Dead" and "Let Me Die". Hardcore influences are evident on "Depraved Indifference", "Slow Burn"and "Red White and Blood". Hardcore and Thrash Metal match flawlessly in "Red White and Blood"with some melodic parts in "Self Medicating"and "Dark Days". They are moving in an area with too many groups trying to separate from the maze and they are succeeding. I m waiting for their next step...
