Eternal Oblivion

Old school Death Metal. Who's into this? Or should I ask, who is not?! ETERNAL OBLIVION is a great name to be reckoned with, considering the old ways of the early 90's era of Death Metal. But seriously, those guys are nothing beyond the greatest of names like PENTAGRAM, POSSESSED and so on. Considering it is a project of a one guy named Armon Nicholson, I must say - he is a crazy musician which I appreciate a lot. Let's begin.
"The Great Crime" - Just from the start of the album you are noticing this is going to be quite a ride, listening to "Human Fields" gives you good vibes and great performance.
"Until They Die" - Nothing changes through the next song. Another powerful deadly anthem to be reckoned with while thinking about the top bands of the Death Metal subgenre.
"Tyrant" - I actually dislike the solo here for some odd reason. It's too messy for me, but otherwise, this is a kick ass song which delivers you what you would like to hear from your favorite band. Thought, after the solo, when the melodic part enters, it features another solo, which is greatly written and very emotional.
"Cannibal" - Morbid song. Killer song. Reminds me of "Seven Churches" tracks, and I like it. very much. It brought me back to the days that I discovered the Death Metal genre. I won't add any more words about the songs, but I will talk about the album from the music producer aspect.
The producers here did a great job. The recording itself, the production, and the mix and master. Everything is written well, and exactly in place. All worlds of Metal heads will enjoy this album!
Summing up everything, it is another fine release of HPGD, and an excellent album!
I haven't enjoyed an album like this in a while.
