Endname - Demetra album cover

Following their third release to date, the trio that hail from Moscow, ENDNAME have produced yet another spine tingling, 4 tracked EP, titled "Demetra". Don't be fooled by the number of tracks as altogether, there is another material for two albums as each track varies from a seventeen minute long journey to a quick jog for seven minutes. From their previous release of "Anthropomachy" the band have certainty evolved with a tight tone that can be captured in just one track.

"Duplication of the World" highlights their evolved tune as it builds on you with their gradual layering. Before ending on a DESOLATED themed breakout, which soon takes a funk, twist. There is no other way to describe this band other than riff blasting, and skull bashing creativity. With no vocals needed, ENDNAME seem to have established their own sent that can instantly set them apart. Within this modern era of music, instrumental Post-Metal bands are hard to come about, and when they do they normally do sound generic and bland. However this is the total opposite for ENDNAME, as they have continuously pleased us with their crafting music that never bores your ears.

By allowing their own narrative to be told, the three-piece blast every finest detail into "Union", the weighted end of their EP.

Not a band that rules out any outsider listeners, ENDNAME have actually catered for a vast majority of the Rock community with their easily adaptable sound that can suit any mood. With some tracks bridging into heavier breakdowns and bashful tensions, there are a fair calming and soothing pieces found, hidden within the body of the track.

One track seems to stand alone from the rest, "Forest" almost differs completely, with it's never ending build up, the song allows you take a break and just absorb your current surroundings for a while, acting as a break. The importance of this dose not seem high but just a filler track, however the dated track does stretch to its final peak while the guitars are joined, adding a hard-hitting sound.

Ending on an even rougher note, "DOTW RX" Plummets to their finest work yet, with even more complex layering the track delivers an electronic finish that sums up the bands progressing talent.
