Dee Snider - For the Love of Metal - Live album cover

A legend in the world of early heavy metal, and also a legend in many other aspects of celebrity life DEE SNIDER has put together a live album full of amazing and nostalgic tracks. This album is gifted to the world in a time where live shows seem all but extinct with no real time frame of when they may return. The album goes to remind the people that musicians are all still very much alive and working hard to keep the fans happy! "For the Love of Metal - Live" brings you to get this overall feeling that you are at a show! Bringing in that live feel that I am sure so many of us miss! It is very well put together and needs to be heard to fully appreciate!

Bringing back some amazing tracks with a new personal twist, this album is sure to take you back! Some old twisted sister classics such as "We're Not Gonna Take It" which is performed magically! It definitely has that old feel, but you can tell that there is a newfound energy behind it! This album is definitely one instance where the new versions are so closely related to the old ones, you can feel the passion poured into their rehash! "I Wanna Rock" is very much done in the same way! The "crowd" included, I imagine this is much of what this song would've felt like being performed back in the day! When thing's in the rock world were still new, and the world was first just being made aware of the true powers of rock.

A power house from the metal scene also makes an appearance. "Highway to Hell" is performed in an amazing way! DEE SNIDER really pulled out all the stops when it came to relating the inner workings of this album to a simpler time. It will bring you can to a time when things in the world made much more sense than they do today. I mean there will still things that needed fixed back then, but the world definitely wasn't in the state of fuckery it is today.

With all of that said, "Prove Me Wrong" is a new original include in this album that absolutely smashes! Check the video linked at the bottom if you don't believe me. This song surely has a newer age metal feel, but still has the feel that only Dee can provide! This album is something that you need to include in your life if you happen to be feeling in the need of live music. There is so much this album has to offer!
