Black Metal is not for everyone; that's a fact. It requires patience, respect for what you are listening and, of course, a genuine passion for Extreme Metal. DEATH. VOID. TERROR. is more than a band, is a complete experience, demands your full awareness (hopefully headphones) in which the piece of music is an art manifesto rather than a product. That could be a reason why the names of the members are not relevant for the whole appreciation.

"A1" sounds like a slow-paced loop with the occasional shriek and growl vocals.Droning guitars and crescendos crafted a wall of sound, in which the feel and momentum are way more intuitive than the technique and the template tags.

"B1" has -in contrast - some sense of intimacy comparing with the previous song. I found a smart move to use the ride cymbal as the leading percussive at the beginning of the song. The unexpected chaos unleashes in a positive note, has more familiarity with a painting interaction, rather than mere sounds. Listen in colors. There's an undeniable sense of scoring throughout the song as it blends to another art visual manifestation.

"A2" starts calmly, while screams wail at the background and unknown sounds displayed by the narrator. After a few minutes, a pounding rhythm changes the tempo and attack of the cut, and again, the ride cymbal serves as an effective percussive leader. Clean, screamed vocals interact with the distorted voices serving as a sharp cacophony. The tempo slows at 6:35; the author wants us to be aware of that moment. There is this cinematographic sense everywhere; this work allows us to think, going beyond the music canvas.

"B2" closes the record with a sense of urgency, with faster tempos, and more chaotic crescendos, the ambiance of the voice has a cathedral type of sound recording (I´d love to know how they capture that aspect)

A mysterious fade-out ends this piece of work, and it doesn´t look like a forced aspect, it sounds honest and a mature choice of the artist: To know where to stop. As I say initially, Black Metal is not for everyone, but the ones who dig it will rejoice with this work. Recommendable.
