The formation of the band dates back to 2017 when K.T and V.V teamed up to put together some musical ideas they had. in 2018 M.F joined the band on guitar/bass and the band evolved through a darker and complex songwriting. After roughly two years devoted to developing the songwriting process and with A.G joining the band in early 2019 the band was ready and aligned to channel their passion for the ancient and uncompromised manifestations of this morbid artistry and give finally birth to the first BENOTHING manifestation. They present their debut EP here, titled "Temporal Bliss Surrealms," which contains four tracks.

"State of Surreal Bliss" leads off the album. It opens with multiple riffs and heavy bass work. The vocals are near guttural utterances while dissonance builds. For me, this sounds like a combination of several genres...Black Metal, Thrash Metal, and Death Metal. The production is fairly poor for a major label. "Engrossed Inside Compulsions" begins with a heavy riff and some lead guitar work. The music thus far is fairly unimaginative for me. When the drums kick in hard, the chaos blurs the sound as much of the instruments run together with some timing issues.

"Absurd Malignancy Within (Sapiens Apoptosis)" opens with some meaty bass work and a long scream. The rhythm guitars join in with another elementary riff and the vocals sound like they are coming from a dying man. The lead guitarist plays with energy, but it sounds like he fell asleep on his lessons as a teenager. "Status Hexis" closes the album...an eleven-minute closing opus. I wish it brought some new and interesting ideas with it, but it's the same old dissonant sound with very little melody. As it moves forward, the horrid drum tone becomes more noticeable. When V.V. hits the foot pedals, it's obvious that he has some skills. But the snare is on par with Lars on the St. Anger album.

In my opinion, this is your standard run of the mill Extreme Metal. The riffs are trite, and the production is pretty bad. The guys themselves are not bad musicians, but they have to shave off quite a bit of the lower end to make much of an impact. Skip it.
