Beef Supreme - The Unthinkable album cover

BEEF SUPREME makes me hungry, but also really happy to hear their music. I really didn't know what I was expecting when I received their album, by their name I could only think about barbecue and couldn't guess what style they play, but I must say that I was surprised in a very good way. The Stoner Metal band have recently released their newest album "The Unthinkable" and thats what we are going to talk about

The opening track from the album is "Gifted & Talented" and it starts out with heavy as fuck guitar riffs played by Niki and a great kichen sound by Kevin and Moon. I liked the vocal lines from the stanza, but I must say that the chorus is pretty good and there's a cool line that you will start to sing as soon as you hear it. Theres a part of the song where the ambiance changes a lot and there's a humble but cool guitar solo and great sound coming from the drums and bass. It gave a nice touch to the song.

"The Seventh Sense" starts out with a cool guitar riff and a really, but really heavy bass sound and a great drumming. I must say that Niki's vocals are pretty good and she has a great power on her voice and it fits perfectly the kind of sound they make. Once again the ambiance changes when is about time for the solo to come and I must say that the solo here sounds "stoned" and I really enjoyed listening to it.

"The Unthinkable" is the track that gave its names to the album and it starts out with a very cool groovy guitar riff and of course bass n' drums as well. This song sounds faster than the previous ones and its a little bit more aggressive in a way. I'm really impressed by the vocalist, because her voice is aggressive but clear at the same time and the tone is great. The solo here is kind of a acid trip but is great. Yeah, they are heavy as fuck.

"They Get What They Want" starts out with a bass groovy sound and the drums. That song reminded me a lot of Black Sabbath and I find it pretty cool... Even the vocal lines from the stanzas are "Ozzylike" and I liked it quite a lot.

"Thinking The Wrong Thing" starts out with a cool drumming followed by aggressive bass lines and some groovy guitar riffs that I think the fans are going to enjoy quite much. The song has a nice touch of Rock N' Roll when the solo comes in.

"You Can't Change The Channel" is the song that closes the album and it starts out with a heavy and groovy guitar riff followed by the bass and drums sound. The instrumental is pretty good and needless to say about the vocals as well. I really liked how the vocal lines from the chorus and the melodies sound, they are pretty good and easy to remember. You will probably take a trip when the solo part comes in as its funny and really "stoned" kind of thing.

BEEF SUPREME has written and released a great Stoner Metal album and I believe that the fans from the genre will probably enjoy the album on its fullness as well. I must say that I'm not a Stoner Metal fan, but I really enjoyed listening to this album. The songs were well written, the instruments were well played and the production is good.
