Diorama Of Human Suffering
Bastard Grave
Metal maniacs, rejoice! I am proud to present to you: BASTARD GRAVE; signed via Pulverised Records, hailing from Swedish grounds - performing Death Metal, on their 2nd album entitled: "Diorama Of Human Suffering" (released 16.08.2019).
Since formation in 2012; the band in question have 2 albums in their discography so far, I'm introduced to their 2nd album entitled: "Diorama Of Human Suffering". 9 tracks ranging at around 37:42; BASTARD GRAVE arrange an intricately designed formula of heavy-hitting Death Metal developments. "Life In The Sewers" begins the record; conveying amplified adrenaline, boistrously bouncy crunchiness & an adroit attribute of deadly aesthetics - barraged into a flamboyant frenzy of savagely groovy distinctions. Fuelled hymns, hardened with uniquely versatile vehemence while rampaging with profusely robust ramifications that will make you go berserk in no time. Forging frantically composed chaos, chugging & galloping into a distorted creation of catchy yet meticulously malicious manifestation.
Consisting of Rille on vocals; the frontman demonstrates deep, guttural lungs & killer pipes of raspy rage. "Translucent Visions" showcases trailblazing blitzkreig; supplying rawly rough substance, organic growls & grunty fabrications. Distributing fiercely hasty instrumentation from duo guitarists Daniel & Andreas; who relentlessly riff with stampeding, sonic solos while seamlessly embellishing on experimental elements & concretely gnarly domination. Implementing blistetingly complex dexterity; thunderous shreds, with wildly rushing pursuits of razor-sharp stability. "Drowning In An Ocean Of Bile" & the titular track inject infectious dosages of audible bass battering from Maria; who thumps her axe with riveting firepower, frolicking expertise & rambunctiously raunchy quintessentials that quake with solidly slamming rituals.
"Transubstantiation Into Feces" subjugates sinister transistions that revolves around dynamically demonic blasphemy; diligently detailed consistency, which rampently provides rapidly swift nimbleness & tenaciously volatile virtuosity. Souring with vicious velocity; quirky snappiness and fluidly fierce perseverence that monstrously varies with meaty weight & progressively technical traits of traditional, yet old-school Death Metal roots. "Inner Carnivore" establishes a borderline foundation of potent vibrancy; powerhouse pummeller Peter pounds with smashing hammering, portraying persistently ominous jumpiness while juxtaposed with immersively intense harmonies & hostile melodies. "Madness Of Creation" articulates an inventive formulaic of blackened maliciousness, vemonous orchestration & malevolent soundscapes of evil embodiment.
"Non-Functioning Pile Of Rot" culminates brisk beligerence that strikes momentously with gritty efficaciousness; hinting at fuzzy flair, converged into a grandiose grandure of ponderously oozing lacerations mixed with punchy subtlty. Overall concluding "Diorama Of Human Suffering" with the finale song: "Stench Of Infection"; I am compelled to say that BASTARD GRAVE certainly outdone themselves here, and delivered a brutal record that was slabbed with panache. Blended characteristics converged a mighty representation of uncompromised ultilizations, oppressive musicianship & remarkably salubrious pandemonium - merciless Metalheads will relish this ruthlessly enjoyable experience - definitely worth the listen.
