ASYLUM ESCAPE is a female fronted Gothic Rock/Metal band from Las Pinas City in Philippines. Band was formed in December 2011. They have released demo called "You're Teasing Me" and on 28^th March 2015 an album called "Even If I'm Broken".  Band produced, recorded, mixed and mastered by Joelen Mingi of the legendary German Goth Rock band THE ANGINA PECTORIS.

Group rearranging George Harrison's classic "Something", which has ballad climate in calmer style with piano, violins and even heavier riffs. Titled track "Even If I'm Broken" has in Gregorian choir style opening with gentle guitar. Here is also nice rhythmic section with melodic refrain. Nice keys and guitar solo. "Even If I'm Broken (Reprise)" has inside gentle singing with piano.

I like "Forces Within" with fast drums in Death Metal style, calmer keys, violins and heavier lower guitar riffs. Melodic refrain, changeable rate, style mixing and piano in the background give fantastic climate to this song. Also great guitar solo is inside this track. In "Sleep To See" gentle piano mixing Death Metal style of drums with heavier riffs and singing sounds like a false lines, that's why I think they sounds a little amateurs. Nice drums opening song "I Can Not Be Alone Tonight" with stronger guitars riffs, melodic chorus and even Doom Metal climate.

Female fronted band ASYLUM ESCAPE plays interesting music Gothic Rock/Metal. They well connect different styles with energy and singing. Sometimes they sound too much amateurs. I am curious what band will offer to listeners in the future. I will keep my fingers crossed for them for next albums.<
