Metal maniacs, rejoice! I am proud to present to you: ANOXIA; signed via Mighty Music, hailing from Danish grounds - performing Heavy Metal, on their sophomore full-length album entitled: "To The Lions" (released 4th of October, 2019).

Since formation in the 2000s; the quartet in question have 3 albums in their discography so far, I am introduced to their 3rd album entitled: "To The Lions". 9 tracks ranging at around 48:49; ANOXIA arranges an intricately designed formula of hard-hitting Heavy Metal developments. "Origin Of Pain" begins the record; conveying amplified adrenaline, boistrously bouncy grooves & a chugging barrage of frenzied gallops as it amalgamates a flamboyantly composed fabrication of concretely gnarly grit. Crafting a blistering blend of frolicking finesse, fluidly polished riffs & seamlessly sonic solos that ultilize uniquely vehement versatility - supplying thick & thumpy rhythms with relentlessly crunchy aesthetics...administering detailed haste & hardened hymns that speed with quintessential quakes while fueled dominating diligence.

Consisting of Lars Frederiksen on vocals/guitars; the frontman consistently sings with profusely robust pipes while providing screams of rawly rough ramifications, harnessing high-pitched lungs of a meticulous manifest. "Scaffold" distributes complex dexterity from 2nd guitarist Claus S. Nielson; who portrays rapidly swift nimbleness, organic substance & thunderous stability. Forging a creative dose of dynamic diversity; distinguished harmonies, and mellifluous melodies that rambunctiously subjugate solid rituals of snappy quirks which will inject infectiously venomous pursuits of wildly rushing mayhem. The titular track shines with more virtuosic performances where "These Chains" implements eccentric elements, audible bass attributions from axeman Allan B. Nielson - who pulses with primitively progressive technicalities.

Embellishing on experimental swerve & sophistication; razor-sharp velocities, tenacious tempos and rip-roaring shreds that slams with momentous onslaughts which revolve through traditional soundscapes with pummelling pounds from drumming powerhouse Søren M. Frederiksen. Hammering into a borderline foundation of eurhythmic euphonics while transistioned with orchestral malevolence, meaty musicianship & inventive instrumentation. "Rule The Storm" charges like a stampeding speedhorn; striking with volatile whirlwinds, juxtaposed with jumpy jolts of promptly salubrious subtlty. Riveting with potent vibrancy, ruthless pandemonium & remarkably talented potential. "Slavery" flows into a fashionable formulaic of energetic patterns, styled with variety & prestigiously proficient songwriting skill.

"The Devils Share" contrasts efficiently with trailblazing vitality; vigourously riding through a brick wall with weighty precision, smashing and bashing into an upbeat systematic while still thrashing with wonderously prodegious panache. "Bite The Darkness" is the penultimate track; triggering motivating swagger, refreshing material which invests in groundbreaking finesse & frantically fierce distinctions. Overall concluding "To The Lions" with the finale track: "In Eternity" which embodies fulfilling; enlightening, and entertaining enjoyability; I am compelled to say that ANOXIA delivered the goods with some uncompromising, full-throttle Heavy Metal -  this foursome established an electrifying & energetic record that certainly outdone it and themselves. It definitely deserves at least one listen for all metal maniacs!
